With a management degree, Andreia co-founded the startup Gleam in the year of 2013, a mobile fashion discovery and intelligence platform with a proprietary fashion app for inspiration and shopping, that has been acquired by Farfetch in 2016. Before co-founding Gleam, she worked as Marketing Manager for Parfois, a global Fashion Accessories brand, has lived and worked in Beijing and Mexico City, and worked for the multinational company Siemens AG.
Anu Costa Reis Head of Mobile Products, Farfetch
Anu is a passionate product leader on a journey to make brilliant and meaningful experiences for customers across all types of e-commerce products and currently focused on native apps as Head of Mobile Products at Farfetch.com. Initially from a marketing background, Anu quickly transitioned over to product upon joining Farfetch.com. Over the last 9 years Anu has worked across all areas of the website and native app products - highlights include re-launching the website as a fully responsive experience and bring native apps to market across iOS and Android platforms. Anu is passionate about UX and working with data and research teams to understand pain points and deliver innovative solutions to consumer problems. Experienced in product and project management, agile and Scrum methodologies, leading multi-disciplinary teams to ship products to tight deadlines, content management systems and digital content management, usability testing, web and app analytics.
Helder Dias VP of Engineering, Farfetch
Currently VP of Engineering, Helder is responsible for the Engineering teams (+350 people) across Farfetch's global offices in Porto, Lisbon and Shanghai. Having lived in several countries across Europe and North and South America for the past 15 years, his previous experiences include managing large scale product teams as well as starting and leading to maturity (from 2 to 200 people) the South American office of a global consultancy firm focused on large scale transformational programs for Tier 1 retailers/e-tailers (in the Oracle Retail space). Over 15 years experience in omni-channel retail operations (Fashion/Grocery/Hard Lines); in-depth knowledge of merchandise management, supply chain management, replenishment and allocation, pricing and store operation processes; solid experience in ERP implementations and e-commerce scenarios.
Sorin Ticrea Head of Engineering, Farfetch
Sorin has been involved in startup enterprises for 17 years, both as employer and as employee, 5 years in Europe followed by 12 more years in Los Angeles. In 2011, Sorin made a turn for the corporate life, and spent the next years in sunny Seattle/Redmond as an engineering manager for Microsoft. There, he has been part of the Exchange calendaring division, initially managing the ActiveSync group, and lately in charge of innovation. At the end of 2015, the startup bug led his path back to Europe as a manager with Talkdesk, in Lisbon. Today, Sorin is heading the Farfetch engineering team in Lisbon.
Luis Carvalho VP Chief Architect, Farfetch
Currently VP Chief Architect, Luis has been Engineering Director at Farfetch, building and leading a team of 200+ software engineers. He co-founded Maincheck, a company that became part of Farfetch. Prior to Maincheck, Luis was at Microsoft with the challenge of helping build and grow a new QA team for the Mobile Communications Business group. While there, he has also successfully delivered several products such as Microsoft® My Phone, Windows Phone 7 and WindowsPhone.com. Luis has also worked at MobiComp, and helped drive and deliver several important projects across the mobile and services spaces, from mobile operator data and video services, mobile banking platforms and retail solutions. He was also the winner of the Android Developer Challenge, as part of the team that created the first Life360 mobile application for Android. Over 15 years of combined experience in new product design, team management, architecture, development and testing; deep knowledge and experience in enterprise and solutions architecture, IT research and development.; experience managing and scaling large engineering teams; strong background in scalable server-client architecture for services and products; mobile design and development for telecom, banking and retail industries; experience working with cross-continental remote teams.
Raul das Neves CTO - Operations and Technology, Impresa
Raul das Neves joined Impresa Executive Board in August 2012. He has been leading the technical teams in the digital transformation of one of the largest media groups in Portugal, with 8 TV channels, 1 newspaper and 14 magazines. During the last 2 years Impresa launched digital editions of all its publishing brands and revamped their presence online. For Expresso, the weekly newspaper that was the first title of the group, launched a digital only edition every evening. Changes happened also at the backend, with a new newsroom systems in the publishing area, with a multiplatform delivery approach, integrated with a new Media Asset Management system, standardizing and optimizing processes across all publishing titles. Also a new Content Management System was developed in-house using open source systems and a state-of-the-art architecture, supporting all the brands of the group in the digital space. In the Broadcasting business, fundamental change is underway starting from the change to full digital automated workflows at the backend, creating a tape-less environment including a new Digital Media Asset Management system. This is the back-end support for a multiplatform delivery (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, TV). In the news area a network across the country was built providing breaking news coverage, taking the advantaged of the IP and 4G/3G mobile networks, with 20 equipments for mobile live transmission, fully integrated in the newsroom technical delivery to broadcast. Raul das Neves started is career as a consultant for Mckinsey & Company and ATKearney where he became a principal, working for the telecom and high tech practices. He served in the board of telecom operators, technology and startup companies. He also worked for 10 years in the payment processing industry. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School, a Management Degree from the Technical University of Lisbon and post graduation studies in Information Systems and in Design Thinking for Innovation. Raul das Neves is the CIO of the Year by CIONET in Portugal in the processes category.
Luis Monteiro Executive Board Member and Managing Director Digital, Pestana Hotel Group
With over 20 years of senior management experience in the Travel and Tech Sectors, Luis became a Board Member at Pestana Hotel Group in 2016 with a mission of digital transformation. At Google, he helped digitally transform and internationalize several of the most innovative players across Travel and Retail sectors of Spain and Portugal, while leading EMEA wide best practice projects. Before Google, Luis led several large digital, loyalty and marketing transformations in airlines such as Swissair, TAP Portugal, SN Brussels. From his UK academic journey, he holds a Warwick Business School Doctorate and an Engineering and Technology Management degree from Liverpool. As a leader, Luis is data driven, passionate about people and loves challenges. In his leisure time, he is a pilot and loves to fly Cessna 152s and 172s.

These projects have been awarded and recognized by European tech communities as some of the most innovative or best public website solutions. Robert Amor Senior Project Manager, Farfetch
Before joining the Store of the Future team as Senior Project Manager, Robert has worked in multiple countries over the last 10 years helping brands understand the customer differences within different markets. Robert was responsible for the setup of the merchandising team of Tesco in China and grew the team up to 60+ people. From there, he joined IBM as a retail expert in helping companies improve their technology to fit the changing landscape that the evolving customer brings. He is experienced in project management and change management and has also worked on the IBM/Apple product to help bring better technology to stores. More recently, he has worked with companies to help adjust their organisations to adapt to the huge amounts of data that a brand is required to digest, as well as helping startups build products for branded & retail clients.

Between 2012 and 2015 she temporarily left José de Mello Saúde and lived in Luanda where she worked with Clínica Universidade de Navarra on a project to build the first teaching private Hospital in Angola.
